Meet the Photographer
Rayveness Studios is a queer-run small business, run by Raven. Having developed a love for photography through study in TAFE, Raven has been driven by a desire to explore the uncharted territories of photography and challenge societal norms.
Raven's artistic journey led her to specialize in the captivating world of fetish photography. This niche, often misunderstood and stigmatized, became a canvas for Raven's unique ability to express raw emotions, vulnerability, and human connection through imagery.

What types of photography do you specialize in?
At Rayveness Studios, we specialize in a diverse range of photography genres, including kink, boudoir, glamour portraiture, event coverage, and fine art. We collaborate closely with our clients to bring their unique vision to life. Each style is approached with care and creativity to ensure your vision is captured authentically.
Where are your photography sessions held?
The location of your shoot is entirely guided by your concept and vision. While we don’t have an in-house studio, we can arrange access to a studio that perfectly suits your needs or scout a location that brings your ideas to life. Your vision is our priority, and we’ll collaborate to find the ideal setting for your session.
What should I bring or prepare for my session?
What you bring depends on the concept and type of shoot. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out for guidance. Generally, it’s a good idea to bring water, a small kit for touch-ups (like makeup or a hairbrush), additional outfit options, and, of course, your gorgeous self. You’re also welcome to bring a friend for support and encouragement!
How long does it take to receive the final images after the session?
Our standard turnaround time for professional edits is approximately two weeks. If you need your images sooner, we offer a rush service for an additional fee.
Is there a privacy policy in place for sensitive shoots like boudoir or kink photography?
Trust, respect, and consent are central to Rayveness Studios. We know exploring your sensual side can feel vulnerable, so we ensure you’re in control every step of the way. Before your shoot, you’ll fill out a simple model release form, where you can choose whether your images can be shared or kept private. Your comfort and peace of mind is our priority.
What happens if the weather is unfavourable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. We want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and we're flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.
Do you provide guidance on posing during the shoot?
If you’ve never modeled or aren’t sure how to pose, that’s totally fine—it’s more common than you think! At Rayveness Studios, we’ll guide you through poses during the shoot, so there’s no pressure to know what to do. The focus is on making sure you’re comfortable and having a good time. Just relax, and we’ll take it from there.
Do I have to be Queer or Kinky to shoot with you?
Not at all! At Rayveness Studios, we are all about creating an open and safe space for everyone, regardless of age, gender, sexuality, or identity. Art is for everyone, and sometimes we just need the right space to find it within ourselves.
How do I book a session?
Booking is simple! You can reach out via our contact form on the website, email, or DM through social media to discuss your ideas and schedule your session. We’ll guide you through the process and answer any questions along the way.
What’s your pricing like?
Our pricing varies depending on the type of session and any special requirements, like studio rentals or rush edits. You can find more information under the “Information” page on our website, or feel free to contact us for a personalized quote.
Can I request specific edits or retouches?
Yes, we’re happy to accommodate requests for specific edits or retouches to make sure your images match your vision. Each booking includes up to 3 rounds of retouches, with additional rounds available for a small fee. Just let us know your preferences during the post-production process, and we’ll work with you to get the perfect final result.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes! We’re open to traveling for sessions. Additional fees may apply for locations outside the Sydney area, but we’re happy to discuss options with you.
